Computer Tune Up

This is the ultimate tune up for your computer! If your Computer is running slowly, or has a virus that you just can’t shift, we will take it through our 39 point checklist and get it running like it did when it was new.

On-Site

On-Site Service. The technician will arrive on-site, diagnose your problem and advise the best method to fix and aproximate time if your computer can be repaired within a one hour time frame. If the technician knows by experience that it will take longer than 2 hours, you will be offered the option of converting the on-site repair to a “back to base service centre price”. You as the customer have the right to insist on paying the hourly rate if the matter is of high urgency and the technician will stay until your computer is fixed.

Back To Base

Saving you Money. The technician will arrive on-site, diagnose your problem and advise if your computer can be repaired within a reasonable time frame. If the technician believes that it will take longer than 2 hours, you will be offered the option of converting the on-site repair to a “back to base service centre price”. This is a fixed capped price, parts are not included in this price.
